RRK ONLINE PROGRAM is for people, who cannot regularly attend trainings here in the Philippines, attend seminars or there’s no available training groups on his place/Country. It gives our members, as well as interested people locally and abroad, one more option to learn and practice our systems. Though we still believe in personal training and Video lesson alone cannot teach you how to become good in martial arts or self defense. It cannot replace a good Instructors and In Person instructions. But you can use them as training resources to learn the very basic (Fundamental and Essential) to prepare for intensive seminars or for regular training or just watch them to remember details and techniques you have already learned in a course. This online program is particularly useful for those who live far away from our Training venue and find it difficult to participate in regular courses, training groups and seminars. The program is your own training resources that you can have your training at any time and any place.
 
The RRK ONLINE PROGRAM provides the basic to prepare oneself for training in higher levels and taking skill assessments. To prepare for trainings and level exams (Currently we are offering Level 1 to Level 7 and hopefully soon the level 8 to Level 10 will be available. You can study the techniques, methods, concepts and principles of the respective level and practice them with your sparring partner in your gym. Though it can be trained Solo but we highly suggest to find a good training Partner to understand more and speed the study.
